At JinRush, we are committed to providing fast, dependable, and secure shipping services so you can enjoy your order without delay. Below is a summary of how we handle and deliver your purchases.

  • Order Processing: All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 4–6 business days (Monday through Saturday) before leaving our facility.
  • Shipping & Transit Times: Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 10 to 16 business days, depending on your destination and the courier’s service availability.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: From order placement to final delivery, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 14 to 22 business days, including both processing and shipping time.
  • Shipping Fees: We offer a flat-rate shipping fee on all orders. Additionally, domestic orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
  • Delivery Partners: To ensure every package arrives safely and on time, we work with trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, and reliable local postal services.

Important Information

  • The delivery estimates listed above apply to orders shipped within the United States via standard shipping.
  • We currently offer shipping within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Unfortunately, delivery to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) may be limited or unavailable at this time.
  • While most orders ship within the expected timeframe, certain items or circumstances may require additional processing or transit time.
  • Large orders cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses and will be shipped separately to guarantee safe arrival. Please note that free shipping does not apply to these large shipments.
  • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link so you can easily monitor its delivery status.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.
If your tracking status hasn’t updated, it may still be in the early stages of carrier processing. Once it’s scanned, tracking information will appear.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for deliveries sent to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
If you request any address changes or forwarding through the final-mile carrier after dispatch, JinRush is not liable for any resulting delays, loss, or issues.
