Returns
We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to request a return authorization.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase is required.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important: Items purchased on sale, clearance, or during promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

Exchanges
Yes — we accept product exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or alternative product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.
Exchange conditions:

- Shipping times for exchanged or replacement items may vary depending on your location.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent. In such cases, JinRush will cover the return shipping fee.
