Cancellation & Modification
How to Modify or Cancel Your Order?
If you need to adjust or cancel your order, simply complete this form and submit your request. Please include your order number along with the necessary details regarding the changes you’d like to make. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Your order is eligible to be canceled and modified.
Please be informed that:
- Orders containing personalized or custom-made items are processed immediately, which makes modifications challenging. Kindly double-check all details before confirming your order.
- During peak holiday seasons, processing modification requests may take longer and could cause minor shipping delays. However, we will do our best to process your request promptly.

Free replacement or refund
Your satisfaction is our priority. In most cases, providing a replacement or refund is the best solution—which is why we do not require you to return the item. You are free to keep it if you choose.
We take full responsibility within 45 days of order arrival if the product(s) are:

Damaged, defective, or otherwise not functioning properly
Not what you ordered or not as in your Order Confirmation email
Lost or undelivered, provided the shipping address was accurate
You may choose to REPLACE the item or get a REFUND
To request a refund or replacement, simply fill out this form, and our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
No Refund or Replacement with small fee

NO REFUND
The following reasons are not included in our Refund and Replacement policy. While we understand your concerns, we cannot be held responsible for these situations:
- Requests made more than 45 days after the delivery date.
- Refund requests due to personal reasons, such as changing your mind or no longer needing the item, whether before or after receiving it.
- Damage caused by improper use of the product.

REPLACEMENT WITH SMALL FEE
We offer replacements at a reduced fee under the following conditions:
- The wrong item, design, or size was received due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
- Orders that were returned and disposed of due to an invalid or incorrect shipping address entered at checkout.
