  1. Delivery Time: Standard shipping across the U.S. typically takes 7-22 business days.
  2. Shipping Fees: A flat-rate shipping fee applies to all orders, with free shipping available for purchases over $100.
  3. Carriers: We collaborate with USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and Local Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Please note

  1. Estimated delivery times apply only to standard shipping within the US.
  2. Deliveries to military addresses may be subject to certain restrictions.
  3. While most orders are processed and shipped on time, occasional delays may occur due to specific order requirements.
  4. Large orders (e.g., Canvas and Posters) cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and will be sent separately. Free shipping policies may not apply to these items.
  5. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking link via email.

ORDER TRACKING

After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan and update the tracking status.

If no tracking details are available, this means your package has not yet been processed by the carrier. Once scanned, tracking updates will be visible.

Should your package exceed the expected delivery timeframe, don’t hesitate to contact our support team for assistance.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Before placing your order, please double-check your shipping address to ensure accuracy. Jinrush is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Additionally, if you request an address change or redirection with the carrier after your order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee successful modifications and are not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
